Fall 2016 Message

Our Fiscal year has ended and the new dues notices have been mailed. The Board has determined that the dues will increase to keep up with rising costs. We are diligent about keeping our costs down as well as keeping our Neighborhood looking good.

It's also time to store all RV's, Boats and Trailers per TRHA covenants. The Storage period is from: Sept 30th to May 1st. Thank You for your cooperation.

I have posted the minutes from the Annual Meeting as there have been many questions about the increase in HOA dues. To answer some questions generally, the following expenses are covered by your dues:
- Lawn Care and Snow Removal for the common areas
- Liability insurance for the wetlands and common areas
- Weed and pest control for the common areas
- Tree trimming and removal
- Accounting services
